Le b\u00e2timent sera mis \u00e0 nu jusqu\u2019au gros \u0153uvre afin de remettre en valeur sa structure caract\u00e9ristique en b\u00e9ton, compos\u00e9e de poutres et de colonnes. Ceci a \u00e9galement permis d\u2019ouvrir au maximum la fa\u00e7ade lat\u00e9rale aveugle donnant sur le parking et ainsi y apporter plus de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La structure en b\u00e9ton du b\u00e2timent appara\u00eet en fa\u00e7ade sous la forme d&rsquo;une trame compos\u00e9e de bandes composites horizontales et verticales en aluminium. Les surfaces comprises \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de cette trame sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en retrait et seront habill\u00e9es d\u2019une brique rouge-orange et de menuiseries ext\u00e9rieures noires ou seront simplement laiss\u00e9es ouvertes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, les locaux inoccup\u00e9s des premier et deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tages seront transform\u00e9s en espaces de coworking, articul\u00e9s autour d\u2019un nouveau patio ouvert qui comblera le vide existant dans le magasin.<\/p>\n<p>Le parking couvert existant au premier \u00e9tage sera r\u00e9utilis\u00e9 comme tel. Au deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, face \u00e0 la rue, le projet pr\u00e9voit un grand appartement de quatre chambres avec vue sur le canal et disposant d\u2019une terrasse attenante.<\/p>\n<p>Le parking ext\u00e9rieur sera v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9 au maximum et rendu perm\u00e9able \u00e0 l\u2019eau. L\u2019eau pluviale qui n\u2019est pas r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e dans le b\u00e2timent sera stock\u00e9e dans un bassin d\u2019infiltration sous le parking.
